The Back Stop

The season is fast approaching! The Back Stop will be opening soon!! Every team is required to provide 2 volunteers 3 times per season! What does this mean? A volunteer Concession Coordinator with be with the volunteers from the team. The Coordinator will be on duty the whole time handling the transactions, running the register and will also help with concession sales. The Coordinator will give you an an overview and provide guidance on concessions procedures. Concessions are FUN, EASY and a great place to stay warm on the cold nights. It is also a great way to meet other families in our league.

Please let your coach know if you would like to volunteer for your team or if you would like to be the contact person for your team.

The concession stand proceeds are given back to Federal Way National Little League to support and maintain our day to day operations, fields and facilities upkeep, scholarships, special events etc etc. If you are interested in becoming a Concession Coordinator, please contact Teri. We are in search of a few more Concession Coordinators. The time commitment for a coordinator is approximately 5:00pm-8:30pm on various weeknights, and when The Back Stop is open on Saturdays, (8:00am-8:00pm sometimes) your shift would be about 4 hours. Once we receive all the team baseball/softball schedules, we will know for sure. Usually you work a shift once or twice a week.
